Katie Troyer serves as executive director of Enrollment Marketing and Operations. In alignment with University strategy and goals, and in close partnership with University Communications and Marketing, Katie leads integrated enrollment marketing, communications, customer relationship management (CRM), and event management strategies that support Ohio University’s recruitment and enrollment objectives. She provides strategic leadership over enterprise enrollment communications and operations, guiding the planning and execution of high‑volume, multi‑channel outreach efforts in support of all undergraduate populations across all six campuses and delivery formats. Most recently, Katie led a comprehensive reimplementation of the Slate CRM, providing strategic direction and overseeing a cross‑functional team to reimagine processes, strengthen data integrity and enhance the staff and student experience. Her work is grounded in a commitment to continuous improvement, collaborative leadership and student‑centered communication. Katie has been part of Ohio University’s enrollment management team since 2008 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Human and Consumer Sciences and a Master of Education from Ohio University.
