Jennifer Dillie

Jennifer Dillie serves as the director of division operations for Enrollment Management, providing strategic, administrative, and operational leadership for the division. She oversees administrative, financial, human resources, and operational functions to ensure alignment with divisional and university priorities. Jennifer leads resource planning, process improvement, and cross‑functional initiatives that strengthen business practices, enhance effectiveness, and support compliance across the division. An OHIO alumna and a member of the University community for more than 20 years, Jennifer was appointed to her current role in 2021.
