Executive Master of Public Administration (MPA)

We know you pursued public service because of your passion to make a difference. But beyond the drive to serve, the Executive Master of Public Administration program will help you learn to lead and bring the big ideas to life.

The Executive MPA is built for working professionals looking to advance their career or re-skill, whether in a nonprofit or non-governmental organization, government or legislature, health care, social services, economic development, police or fire department, active-duty military and veteran, or another public agency.

• Earn your MPA in just 20 Saturdays—Courses meet one Saturday per month, ten times per year, at our Dublin Center in Central Ohio, with a unique combination of residency-based learning and online interaction.
• Build relationships and professional connections with your classmates over the 24-month program.
• Program is optimized to provide maximum flexibility for working professionals, enabling students to juggle busy careers and home lives.
• As the only Executive MPA program in Central Ohio, and one of the few in the state of Ohio, the program’s immediately applicable to your career.
• Scholarships available to employees of MPA partner organizations, veterans and active-duty military, and Ohio University alumni.
• June, September and January start dates allow you to join the program when the time is right for you.
• No GMAT or GRE required
