Real Estate Pre-Licensure Courses

Real estate pre-licensure courses qualify students to be seated for the Ohio Division of Real Estate exam. Four courses are offered in Real Estate Technology:

  • Principles and Practices (this course must be taken before Law and Finance)
  • Law
  • Appraising
  • Finance

Unless participants have a very strong real estate background, it is suggested they take no more than two courses per semester due to the amount of work involved.
