Biography
I’m Tiffany, a Senior Technology Analyst in the Office of the University Registrar. I work at the intersection of technology and higher education, helping advance the systems and processes that support students, faculty, and staff. I collaborate with campus partners to understand their needs, develop solutions, and identify opportunities to improve services and create more effective, efficient processes. My career at Ohio University began as a student, where I worked as a tutor and Supplemental Instruction Leader in the Academic Achievement Center. After earning my bachelor’s degree, I returned to the Academic Achievement Center as Assistant Director for Tutoring, managing the university’s tutoring program, advising students in University College and the College Achievement Program (CAP), and teaching study skills courses.
I later transitioned into higher education technology and application support roles, where I have continued to focus on improving the university experience through collaboration, effective systems, and process improvement. Throughout my time at Ohio University, I have supported enterprise applications, partnered with campus stakeholders, and led or supported system implementations and enhancements that improve services for the university community. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Education with a major in Mathematics and my Master of Education in Educational Technology from Ohio University. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring creative projects.
