Noel Studniarz

Noel is a higher education operations leader who focuses on turning complex ideas into organized, actionable work. She has served Ohio University in a variety of roles and draws on her experience in operations, strategic planning, policy and governance, facilities, and organizational change in her current role with the Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her work spans people, programs, and physical spaces, with a focus on creating the structure and alignment needed to move large, often complicated initiatives forward.

She thrives in the space between strategy and execution—bringing clarity to ambiguity, connecting people across an organization, and building systems that make work more effective and sustainable. She is especially energized by complex projects that require navigating competing priorities, building consensus, and figuring out how to actually get the work done.

Noel is a two-time Ohio University graduate and lives in Athens with her husband, Andy, and their family. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, tackling an ever-growing list of home projects, and spending time with her family.
