Biography
Michelle joined the team as a Health Services Associate in 2026 after spending nearly 10 years as a 9-1-1 operator. Helping people through stressful and uncertain situations has always been important to her, and she's grateful for the opportunity to continue that work in a new way. She enjoys connecting with others, learning new things, and contributing to a supportive and caring environment.
