Grayson Schultz

As the Administrative Program Coordinator, Grayson supports the vital work being done at OAPH, with a heavy focus on the Rural Health Transformation Program’s Rural Health Workforce Pipeline: Pathways Upskilling and Retention Grant. Previously, he has worked across academia, care coordination, research, and industry to push for more accessible and representative healthcare. Most recently, he worked as a consultant to multiple healthcare and advocacy organizations, working to improve provider education, care delivery, and patient support.

Beyond his role at OU, Grayson is an award-winning health educator who engages in patient-centered research initiatives globally spanning rheumatology, chronic pain, health equity, and new technologies in healthcare. He holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration with a focus on Patient Advocacy and Navigation from Utica College.

Since relocating to Athens in 2021, Grayson has actively contributed to local community organizations and is proud to call both Athens and the Appalachian region home.
