Garbrielle Romeo

Gabrielle Romeo, M.S., is a doctoral trainee in Counseling Psychology at Carlow University’s APA-accredited PsyD program and is currently completing her doctoral internship at Ohio University. Her clinical and research interests focus on trauma, adversity, resilience, and health disparities, with a commitment to providing evidence-based, culturally responsive care to underserved populations. At Ohio University, Gabrielle provides individual psychotherapy and engages in interdisciplinary clinical work with a diverse university community. Her clinical approach integrates psychodynamic psychotherapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), with clinical interests including trauma, identity development, relationships, mood and anxiety concerns, and life transitions.
