Biography
Erin Finley is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision Designation (LISW-S) with a decade of professional experience spanning behavioral health, clinical practice, and community based services. Erin strives to co-create a learning space within the classroom in which all are seen as teachers and learners. She encourage students to share their knowledge and experiences, as they are comfortable. Her goal in the classroom is to build upon existing knowledge, challenge students to think critically and practice concrete skills to prepare students for success in the social work field.
