Biography
Catie began her career with the Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2013 as an Administrative Services Associate at the Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center Clinical Education Cohort Site in Toledo, Ohio where she supported medical students during their clinical years while in Toledo. In 2017, she advanced to the role of Records Management Specialist, where she supported students and administrative processes for students and staff throughout the Clinical Education Dublin Division.
Committed to continuous professional growth, Catie earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from Ohio University in 2020. She transitioned to the Medical Education Technology department in 2022 as a Learning Technologies Analyst, applying her expertise to support educational systems and technology initiatives. In 2023, she was promoted to Process & Technology Analyst, where she currently focuses on improving processes, leveraging technology solutions, and supporting operational excellence in medical education technology, specializing in learning management systems.
