As an analyst on the Analytics and Research Team, Carl’s primary focus is the inferential modeling of phenomena across the student lifecycle. This exploration of interactions between student attributes and policy identifies opportunities for improving course success, retention, graduation, career outcomes, and related programmatic interventions. With a background in economics and financial management Carl’s work attempts to synthesize efficacy and efficiency for the institution.
