Biography

Dr. Amy Wolfe holds the B.S. in Early Childhood Education, the M.S. in Human and Consumer Sciences: Early Childhood, and the Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Ohio University. Dr. Wolfe coordinates the Early Childhood and Elementary Education and Associate of Child Development Programs on the Chillicothe Campus. Her courses include Play and Creativity, Guidance and Classroom Management, Instructional Adaptations Learners with Exceptional and Diverse Needs, Authentic Assessment, Social Studies Methods, Introduction to Child Development, Characteristics and Needs of Learners with Exceptionalities, and Integrated Curriculum. She supervises Preprimary Internship/ Seminar and Sophomore Clinical. Her research interests include project-based learning, professional development schools, and access to quality preschool.
