Student Services: Offers admissions services to new students, transfer students, and returning students. Contains the financial aid office, career services, and academic advising.

Student Success Center: Provides learning tools to students seeking assistance for academic support through tutoring and testing.  Students can access tutoring assistance by completing a tutor request form. Return completed request form to the Student Success Center, Elson Hall room 116.  Appointments for proctored exams, make-up exams and placement testing are required.

IT Department: Provides computer-related resources to staff, faculty, administration, and students.

Facilities Management: Offers grounds keeping, maintenance, custodial, and delivery type duties for the university and Zane State College. Manages renovation and construction for all seven buildings on campus and one off-site facility.
