Margaret Hutzel

Margaret Hutzel serves as co-director of the Planning, Evaluation, Education and Research team at Ohio University’s Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Service.  Margaret has extensive experience in applied research methods.  She leads education, health and social services projects including evaluations, and technical assistance for private foundations, non-profits, social service agencies and other government organizations. Margaret joined the Voinovich School in 1999. She holds a Master of Fine Arts and a Master of Public Administration degrees from Ohio University.
