The Allen Center provides personalized advising and support for students returning to Ohio University after time away. Whether you need help navigating your academic options, addressing financial holds, or simply figuring out your next step, we're here to help. Make an appointment with Jenny Klein, Director of Re-Enrollment and Completion Programs, to get started.

Financial Hold Assistance

The Bobcats Comeback Program is designed to assist Ohio University students who have a financial hold. If you meet these requirements, please contact us for further assistance:

  • Not enrolled for two consecutive semesters (fall / spring or spring / fall)
  • Within 15 credit hours of finishing an associate degree or within 30 credit hours of completing a bachelor’s degree
  • Have had a prior unpaid balance placed with the Ohio Attorney General office.

This program provides up to $1500 for students completing a bachelor’s degree and up to $750 for students completing an associate’s degree. To learn more about the Bobcats Comeback and if you are eligible, please contact Jenny Klein.

Welcome Back Workshop

On the first day of the semester that you return to coursework, join us for a refresher conversation about the programs, services, and technology that will help you thrive as a reenrolling student. This online session will jumpstart your return to college and help you start strong. It is an engaging experience from 7-8 p.m. on the first Monday of the semester.
