Narrative

On September 26, 2026, at approximately 9:00 p.m., the Office of Civil Rights Compliance received a third-party report of a sexual assault that occurred on the evening of September 25, 2026.  The reporting party advised that a female Ohio University student walked back to her room, which Ohio University leases in Riverpark Building 38, with a male unknown to the third-party reporter.  Once inside the victim’s room, the male engaged the victim in sexual conduct without consent.
