White male, college age, brown hair, 5’8” - 5’10”, average to muscular build, wearing a black Nike ball cap, navy blue Calvin Klein t-shirt, and black shorts

Narrative

On October 17, 2021 at 11:05 a.m., a female student reported to the Ohio University Police Department that early the previous morning (Saturday, October 16) the male described above walked her home from Uptown. The suspect accompanied the woman to her room, where she reports sexual intercourse occurred while she was unable to consent.  

This case is being investigated by the Ohio University Police Department.
