Narrative
On Sunday, February 5, 2017, at approximately 6:20 p.m., a female reported to OUPD that she had been raped by an unknown male in her room in Ryors Hall at approximately 3:00 a.m. the same day. The victim reported meeting the unknown male suspect on West Union Street before they walked back to the victim’s room. After getting back to the victim’s room, the victim went to sleep. The victim woke up to the unknown male engaging her in sexual conduct without consent.
This case is under investigation by the Ohio University Police Department.
