Activity Reports

The activities of the Office of the Ombudsperson are:

Anticipatory

  • Maintain proactive interface with University individuals and entities such as HR, EAP, OUPD, Senates, Legal Affairs, and University leaders
  • Communicate the services of the Ombudsperson at campus events
  • Recommend changes to policy and procedure as needed
  • Alert our community to developing issues and concerns

Responsive

  • Attend to the concerns of visitors to the office
  • Deliver organizational development initiatives
  • Disseminate ‘snapshots’ of our community through activity reports

Activity Reports

Upon request, we can provide an annual report that keeps an account of the student complaints received, including the processing of those complaints, and how that processing comports with the institution’s policies and procedures on the handling of grievances or complaints.
