Notice Regarding Wellness Program (PDF)

Online Wellness Platform Rewards ($260 in 2020): 

Benefits-participating employees and their benefits enrolled spouses/partners can utilize Virgin Pulse, a customizable online and mobile wellness platform. Use this program to help you define and achieve your wellness goals. The more you engage with Virgin Pulse, the more points you earn. Points are translated directly into financial rewards added to the paycheck of the benefits-carrier. Each eligible participant can earn up to $200* annually by utilizing this resource. Learn more about Virgin Pulse. 

NEW in 2020: The $60 incentive previously associated with Health Screenings is now available in Virgin Pulse, Simply take the Health Check in the Programs tab of Virgin Pulse to earn $60* in 2020. 

Biometric Health Screening (FREE, no rewards in 2020): 

Benefits-participating employees and their benefits enrolled spouses/partners can each participate in a Biometric Health Screening at no cost, Just be sure to verify with your health care provider that the appointment is billed as a preventive exam.

The $60 incentive previously associated with Health Screenings is now available in Virgin Pulse. Simply take the Health Check in the Programs tab of Virgin Pulse to earn $60* in 2020 (added to an early 2021 paycheck). Learn more about Biometric Health Screenings. 

The $60 reward was removed from in-person screenings in 2020 to eliminate any stress caused by in-person contact due to COVID-19. At this time, we anticipate that in-person screenings will resume in 2021.
