GSS Meetings & Events

Graduate Student Senate meetings provide a platform to advocate for the needs and concerns of graduate students to the university administration. Our meetings also foster a sense of community among graduate students, allowing them to share ideas, collaborate on initiatives, and discuss issues relevant to their academic and professional lives. Best of all, general body meetings are open to the public! 

Meetings are held from 7-9 PM in-person in Bentley 136.

However, if you are an online student and do not live in Athens or have a medical reason for your inability to attend the meetings in person, you may request to attend the meeting via Teams. Please request this by contacting gss@ohio.edu at least 2 hours prior to the meeting. Please read the GSS R&P for the attendance policy.
