Daily TMA Labor Entry (iPad or Log Sheet)

Technician time, parts/material will be entered in TMA daily via an iPad or Log Sheet. Log Sheets are turned in by the end of each shift for that day’s work.  It is the employee’s responsibility to ensure the iPad/log sheet equals the number of productive hours and non-productive hours worked for each day and the applicable detailed comments.

All hours worked, overtime and any miscellaneous time (VT, CT, ST etc.)  must be entered daily via an iPad or Log Sheet.

  1. Maintenance, Grounds and Custodial must have a work order for all overtime worked.

Daily entering of time is important for real time data and decision making.

  1. Customers obtain status of their work request or work order at any time. It is imperative that information be posted in a timely manner with detailed comments.
  2. Information posted in TMA provides reports for leadership that are used to make decisions and manage the day-to-day business of Facilities Management.
