  • Resident of and evidence of valid, unrestricted RN licensure and current, unencumbered license or certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority and the ability to practice in an approved state.  
  • Documentation of a current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • A web-based admission interview with faculty

International students should note that Ohio University cannot issue a certificate of eligibility for an F1 or J1 visa for online or hybrid programs, nor can students on F1 or J1 immigration status maintain their status through an online or hybrid program.
