Join us for a week-long celebration from October 5–10, for the Bobcat family — students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community. From the archival display in Alden Library and the annual Alumni Awards program to the Parade and Bobcat Football contest, Homecoming offers unique opportunities to connect with and celebrate OHIO.
Homecoming Parade
On Saturday, October 10, OHIO’s Homecoming Parade will bring town and gown together and Bobcats past, present and future to the streets of Athens for a morning dedicated to celebrating all things Ohio University.
Back to the Bricks: Bobcat Homecoming Road Trip
Join fellow alumni for a one-day Homecoming adventure back to beautiful Athens, Ohio. Hop on the Bobcat Bus and enjoy a full day of green-and-white spirit, no planning needed!

Pack the Pantry 2026
Join the Student Alumni Board in making an impact on the OHIO community during Homecoming Week! We're collecting non-perishable food items and personal care products to benefit the Cats' Cupboard at Ohio University and the Athens County Food Pantry.

Join us at the Scripps Amphitheater for one of the most popular Homecoming Week festivities, Yell Like Hell Pep Rally, presented by the Student Alumni Board!
Paint the Town Green 2026
The Ohio University Alumni Association invites residence halls, departments and offices across campus to take part in Paint the Town Green, an annual Homecoming tradition that brings the OHIO community together.
Bobcat Family Tent
After the Homecoming Parade, keep the celebration going with the Alumni Association at the Ping Rec Center Lawn! We’re throwing a family-friendly Bobcat party packed with fun.
