  • Office of the Ombudsperson


    The Office of the Ombudsperson is a confidential service open to all students, employees, alumni, parents and community members at Ohio University. The overarching mission of the Office of the Ombudsperson is twofold: to ensure that every member of the university community receives equitable and fair treatment and due process, and to support and facilitate a positive working and learning environment.

  • HR Liasons


    HR Liaisons provide one-on-one strategic HR support and guidance to managers and non-managers alike. For managers, whether it be developing a strategy to recruit a new employee or managing the performance of members of your team, your HR Liaison can help. For non-managers, HR Liaisons provide personal support and can help connect you with resources and solve HR related issues.

  • Employee Assistance Program (Impact Solutions)


    Ohio University's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Work/Life program is offered through Impact Behavioral Healthcare Services an AllOne Health Company. The EAP is available to all Ohio University employees and their family members.

  • University Equity and Civil Rights Compliance


    Policy 03.004: Sexual Harassment & Other Sexual Misconduct 

    University Equity and Civil Rights Compliance (ECRC) supports this purpose by monitoring the educational environment and workplace to stop, remediate, and prevent discrimination on the basis of protected status. We make policy recommendations, offer training, and provide avenues for the resolution of grievances which are based on protected status.
