Heritage Community Clinic
The Heritage Community Clinic offers free primary and specialty health care to qualifying adults ages 18-64 in southeast Ohio counties. Referrals are provided to other health care providers as needed, as well as assistance in obtaining medications and supplies for qualifying patients.

Mobile Health Clinic
Health care comes to you
Our mobile clinic currently offers free primary care in Coolville, Nelsonville, Logan, Belpre, McArthur, Shawnee and Pomeroy. The clinics are staffed by a certified nurse practitioner and a registered nurse. Walk-ins are welcome as time permits.
