Global Studies - Latin America
The interdisciplinary nature of the global studies–Latin America major is designed
to provide you with a broad understanding of Latin America for a wide variety
of professions. Majors are required to study three years of Spanish and study abroad or intern in Latin America. Students must consult with their advisor and the Education Abroad Office before committing to an internship or study abroad program.
Career Opportunities
Our students are well equipped for careers with non-governmental and governmental organizations, multinational corporations, and think tanks, as well as to pursue graduate degrees in related fields.
