TUITION AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
Tuition and fees at Ohio University are dependent on several things:
Tuition and fees for classes scheduled from Athens and regional campuses are available from the Bursar. ANY distance learning student may register for these class sections, designated in Course Offerings as sections 100 - 999.
Tuition for undergraduate online degree courses is $240 per semester hour
for Ohio residents and $243 per semester hour for non-Ohio residents. This is only available to students in the Online Degree Completion Program.

Tuition for Print-Based Education
For the 2013-2014 academic year, tuition for print-based courses, course credit by examination, and independent study courses is $240 per credit hour for Ohio residents and $243 per credit hour for non-Ohio residents.
For the 2013-2014 academic year, OHIO Correctional Education tuition is $340 per credit hour for Ohio residents and $343 per credit hour for non-Ohio residents. Visit the OHIO Correctional Education page for more information.

The Ohio University Tuition Estimator is a tool you can use to approximate the cost of tuition and fees per semester. This tool is available on the Office of the Bursar’s Tuition and Fees page. Special eCampus rates are not included in the estimate. However, students who are taking online courses scheduled from the Athens Campus or one of the regional campuses can get an idea of how much their tuition and fees will be.

Payment for Print-Based Education
All fees must be paid at the time you enroll. If you are enrolled at any campus of Ohio University, the comprehensive fee does not cover print-based education course tuition and fees. You must pay the enrollment tuition and fees separately.
Students participating in print-based education courses cannot participate in the payment plan offered by the Bursar’s Office.
