Purchase of promotional items (mugs, t-shirts and the like) is allowable from your student organization account.  The event or promotion must be related to promoting a specific and authorized University event, organization, or program. The prize purchase value is limited to $600 annually, per individual.

Note: In order to have a check processed for the recipient, a completed Payment Compliance form must be attached to the disbursement voucher. This form is available at http://www.ohio.edu/finance/forms/financeforms.cfm.
