Guidelines and Policies Affecting Treasurers: Check Processing

Student organization checks are available for pick up at the Cashier's Office Student Organizations window at Chubb Hall, on Wednesdays and Fridays after 1pm. Please adhere to the following schedule:

In order to have a check available for pick up on Wednesday, the completed disbursement voucher must be received by 12:00 p.m. on Monday. In order to have a check available on Friday, the voucher must be received by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
