Bulk mailing service is provided through Mail Services, Building 8, Room 100 The Ridges, 597-2913. Various arrangements can be made depending on the type of mailing.
Registered student organization can obtain computer mailing labels, lists, and/or email addresses of students, faculty, and/or staff. To order items, the organization advisor should complete the request form available at www.ohio.edu/technology/requests/requests.cfm. Labels and lists will be processed and campus mailed to the Advisor of the organization.
Mailing labels of student organization Presidents, Treasurers, and/or Advisors may be requested from Campus Life. Labels will be processed within two days and organizations will be billed for the cost of the labels. Labels must be used in a manner consistent with the purposes of the student organization, may not be used to solicit contributions, and may not be provided to or used by any entity other than the requesting organization.
Lists of student organization contacts are also available to registered student organizations for a fee from the Campus Life.
All registered student organizations are assigned an Ohio University email address. Each organization designates one individual from the organization who will receive the forwarded emails from the organizations account. Should an organization need to change any information regarding to the organization email account, contact Campus Life, 355 Baker University Center, 593-4025.
