Planning Events and Programs Equipment Rental
Audio-visual equipment may be rented by organizations at reasonable rates from Instructional Media Services (IMS), 225 Alden Library. An equipment list is available online: http://www.ohiou.edu/imts/equipdis.htm. Call 593-2668 for equipment requests.
Ohio University Event Services can provide various types of audio-visual equipment for use in Baker University Center for a fee. Equipment lists and costs are available on-line: http://www.ohio.edu/baker/Event-Planning-Guide.cfm or by contacting them at 350 Baker University Center, 593-4021.
Tables, chairs, and stage equipment can be reserved from University Moving & Surplus, Building 9, The Ridges, 593-0463. Round tables (5ft in diameter) are $5.00/each, rectangular tables (6ft) are $4.00/each, and metal/plastic chairs are $1.00/each. Fees are subject to change.
Trash cans can be reserved with the office of Recycling, & Refuse, 593-0231, for a small fee.
