Aviation Flight and Management Majors
If you do not know the name of your advisor, go to http://www.ohio.edu/registrar/prereg_advising.cfm You will need your PID and current (Spring Quarter)RAC number to access this service.
Fall Quarter Academic Advising will begin on Monday, May 12 and end on Monday, May 19.
All students must meet with an advisor in order to receive their DARS and RAC. Make an appointment to meet your advisor to discuss your course selections for Fall Quarter and to review your progress toward graduation.
Your updated DARS is available from your academic advisor only. If you don’t know who your academic advisor is, you can contact the office of Maureen Young, 139 Fuller Aviation Training Center, at the Ohio University Airport. You can pick up your DARS Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. when your advisor is at the airport, or by appointment. To make an appointment, telephone your advisor. If you need transportation, call Maureen at 597-2616 for instructions on how to take the aviation shuttle to the airport.
Flight Students: Pick up your flight slot scheduling form for Fall Quarter when you pick up your DARS. Be sure to return the completed form by the specified deadline.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- You must meet with your advisor during advising week (May 12 through May 19) regardless of the scheduling day and time assigned to you.
- Have a tentative schedule prepared to discuss with your advisor.

To register you will need your DARS which includes the RAC required to access the registration system. After advising record your RAC as you will need this number to make final adjustments to your schedule. Your RAC will not be provided to you over the telephone.
Students interested in changing majors within the Russ College or would like to add a minor should visit the Russ College Student Services Office, 159 Stocker Center to complete an application for update of program.
