Payment Policy

Please note the following information regarding payments: 

• We gladly accept credit/debit cards, checks and Ohio University interdepartmental accounts. Customer payment information is needed before ordering.  In order to reduce contact, all Culinary Services venues are cashless.
• Final attendance counts are due three work days before the event.
• Athens County Sales Tax is currently 7.25% and will be included in the final event cost for non- university clients.
• If china must be transported beyond Baker University Center, a transport fee will be charged to your event account.
• For weddings only, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your event cost is due to the catering office two weeks prior to your event date.
• Expect to receive your final event bill approximately 30 days following your event.
