Emmah Thuo

Emmah serves as Financial Manager for TechGrowth Ohio, a public-private partnership composed of the Ohio Third Frontier program, Ohio University, and the private investment community housed within the Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Service. She oversees the fiscal stewardship of both the investment fund and associated grant services. She coordinates with the Director and partner organizations to manage multiyear budgets, perform budget reconciliations, prepare proposals as well as financial reports across cost share and grant funding.

Previously, she worked as an accountant for Voinovich’s state funded line Appropriations.

Emmah holds a Master of Business Administration from Shivaji University and Master of Financial economics from Ohio University.
