In order to receive credit for your Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT), please request an official American Council on Education (ACE) credit recommendation.  Only DLPTs that are backed by ACE recommendation will carry transfer credit.  Credit will be accessed based on the lowest score earned on the listening or reading portion of the exam.  Semester hours will be awarded based on ACE recommendation.  In most cases, the equivalent coursework will be general in nature and will not satisfy specific course requirements.
