Danielle Lewis

I’m Danielle Lewis, a former U.S. Army sergeant from Northeast Ohio. I joined the Army Reserves in 1998, then switched to active duty and deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. After being honorably discharged in 2007, I returned to Ohio, where I went back to school and graduated with a nursing degree in 2023. I’m now pursuing a bachelor’s in Integrated Health Sciences at Ohio University. I’m passionate about supporting fellow veterans, having served as president of my college’s Student Veterans Association and volunteered at the VA hospital in Cleveland. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, kayaking, reading, and traveling. Most importantly, I cherish quiet moments with my husband and daughters.
