Studies show that students who take advantage of academic assistance tend to perform better in their classes and retain more information.
The students who serve as tutors and coaches are experts in their fields and trained following the College Reading and Learning Association guidelines on ethical standards and best practices. They are eager to share their knowledge and proven techniques to help you get the most out of your university education.
Appointments are made through TutorTrac, a web-based management system that allows you to search for and book appointments anywhere and anytime. Schedule online through TutorTrac or by calling the Academic Achievement Center at 740-593-2644. Contact us at email@example.com with questions.
Your tutor will send you an email including a link to your tutoring appointment, which will be a Teams meeting. You and your tutor will be able to use chat, audio and/or video features, share documents, and work together on the whiteboard.
Although we make every effort to fulfill a student’s tutoring request, there is no guarantee a tutor will be available for a particular course; especially during mid-terms and finals. Arranging a tutor depends on the number of qualified tutors and schedule compatibility.
