Real Estate Pre-Licensure Courses
Completing real estate pre-licensure courses fulfills the educational requirements to sit for the Ohio Division of Real Estate exam. Ohio University offers four courses in Real Estate Technology:
- Principles and Practices (this course must be taken first, unless special permission is granted by the instructor)
- Law
- Appraising
- Finance

Registration
Participants taking courses for credit will register through Ohio University's web registration.
Participants also may elect to take these courses as noncredit. The cost of each noncredit course is $175 (not including the textbooks), which is payable online using a credit card at: https://commerce.cashnet.com/ouwb. Payment options are MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, or eCheck.
Cost
Tuition information is available from the Office of the Bursar.
The rate for the noncredit version is $175 per course. The textbook cost is not included.
