Adobe Creative Cloud now available for faculty and staff
Adobe Creative Cloud is now available to all Ohio University faculty and staff at no additional cost.
What is Adobe Creative Cloud?
Adobe Creative Cloud provides apps and services for video, design, photography and web creations. It’s easy to get started with built-in tutorials and templates.
How do I access Adobe Creative Cloud?
Adobe Creative Cloud is now a part of the standard suite of applications available for installation on all Ohio University-managed computers. Adobe Creative Cloud is available in the Software Center for Windows devices and in Self Service for Mac devices. Once the Creative Cloud desktop is installed on your device, the software will require you to log in with your OHIO ID and password. After you’re logged in, you can select and install any of the applications listed in the Creative Cloud menu bar.
If you have login troubles, please contact the IT Service Desk. Additionally, contact the IT Service Desk to request a Shared Device license for lab, classroom and shared devices, or to request a temporary license for student employees or temporary employees.
What applications come with Adobe Creative Cloud?
There are numerous applications available to faculty and staff through the University’s agreement with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Dreamweaver and many more.

If you previously used Adobe Creative Cloud or Adobe Acrobat Pro on your device, you will need to sign out and sign back in to access the full functionality of Adobe Creative Cloud, which now includes Adobe Acrobat Pro.
