Celebrate Women Vendor Registration
Ohio University Lancaster is hosting the 14th annual Celebrate Women conference to be held on Friday, March 27, 2020. The theme for the 2020 conference is “Vision 2020 Women Organizing, Mentoring, Empowering, & Networking!” The conference steering committee has arranged more than 30 speakers in several diverse topics.
Organizations may also be represented at Celebrate Women at a resource fair. The resource fair table fee for the conference this year is $50 (which includes a registration and lunch for one person; fee for an additional attendee is $20) and all organizations must provide a door prize. Registration includes a table to display information from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with time during registration, between sessions, after the luncheon, and at the end of the day, for people to visit resource fair tables.
The purpose of Celebrate Women is -- through education, enlightenment, and inspiration -- to encourage and enhance gender equity by honoring the past, present, and potential accomplishments of women from diverse ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds. The focus of the event is to bridge women’s relationships from the areas of community, university, and business.
The application will be reviewed to assess your organization’s ability to meet the purpose and focus of Celebrate Women. Space is limited and applications will be reviewed in the order they are received. The deadline for table registration is January 3, 2020. Applicants will be notified no later than January 24, 2020 as to the status of their request. This will provide adequate time to register for Celebrate Women before the early-bird deadline to receive the discounted conference registration rate.
