We're excited to gather this afternoon to celebrate our Class of 2023 and your outstanding accomplishments. Despite the challenges you faced, you managed to contribute original thought to your fields, develop lifelong relationships, and create bright futures. We are immensely proud of you.

    HTC's Senior Celebration music is provided by the Klinder String Quartet which is comprised of the top string performance students in the Master of Music program at OHIO. 

    Muirne Mitchell, Violin
    Muirne Mitchell is currently pursuing her master's degree in Violin Performance & Pedagogy at Ohio University's School of Music and studying under Dr. Christine Harada Li. In addition to her responsibilities as a graduate student and a member of Klinder, Muirne also is an instructor at Athens Community Music School. 

    Nathan Berkey, Viola
    Nathan Berkey is finishing his master's degree in Music Education in the School of Music at Ohio University. Along with his graduate assistantship responsibilities, Nathan also teaches for Athens Community Music School.

    Caroline Beckman, Violin
    Caroline Beckman holds a Master of Music degree in Violin Performance and String Pedagogy from Ohio University where she also is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Music Performance and Leadership. Caroline also teaches string classes at The Plains Intermediate School and Athens Community Center.

    The Senior Celebration's décor is created by Passion Works Studio, whose purpose is to inspire and liberate the human spirit through the arts! Passion Works Studio invites makers, with and without developmental differences, to work and thrive within partnerships celebrating the power of creativity through connection, purpose and belonging. Honors Tutorial College is fortunate to collaborate with Passion Works through internships and art projects, including the college’s signage and free little library.
