Change Management and Communication
Finance and Administration’s Change Management and Communication Office serves as a bridge between the Division and planning units across campus. Change Management and Communication supports divisional projects and strategic initiatives through project management and governance, change management, and communication.
Through change management efforts, all of campus becomes part of the planning process for new initiatives. Planning unit representatives are engaged from project selection, to inclusion on design proposals to solve problems, to advising on effective communication and training efforts for all impacted employees. Change Management and Communication is engaged on all strategic project teams, working to serve as a liaison between Finance and Administration and campus business units as well as serving as an advocate for the end-user.
Communication Services
The Change Management and Communication Office provides communication support to Finance and Administration departments through editorial support, facilitation of the Business Forum, publishing a monthly staff newsletter, assistance with communication planning and providing general support for departments that need to provide communication to campus.

Project Management Services & Resources
The OHIO Finance and Administration Project Management Methodology outlines the required steps and project artifacts for all Finance and Administration strategic projects. The Change Management and Communication office works in collaboration with the Office of Information Technology to continuously improve the Project Management Methodology and supports active project managers for Finance and Administration strategic projects. The Project Management Methodology and associated tools are made available for Division use.
