Pre-Professional Application Process
High school or transfer students will apply for admittance to Ohio University. A suggested major is Exercise Physiology Pre-Athletic Training. A sample four-year curriculum using the B.S. in Exercise Physiology Pre-Athletic Training major can be seen below:
Students interested in pursuing a Master of Science in Athletic Training are encouraged to register for the pre-AT learning community when signing up for learning communities. This will be a great opportunity to interact with athletic training faculty and learn about pursuing athletic training at the master's level while also learning skills on how to be successful in college.
Early Assurance Program for High School Seniors
Ohio University Athletic Training selects a number of outstanding high school seniors to participate in the Ohio University Athletic Training Early Assurance Program (EAP). High school seniors who are admitted to Ohio University will be invited to apply to the program. More information can be found in the document below:
