Grades

Grade reports will be sent to the student's Oak e-mail account after grades are processed. Students who have a change of grade will have a corrected grade report mailed to their Oak e-mail account the third or seventh week of the next quarter. Students may also elect to have their grades sent to up to two e-mail addresses. Sign-in to Update MyAddress for details.

Students can retrieve their grades by accessing MyGrades. By following instructions to request a grade report and successfully submitting a request, grade information is sent to the student's Oak e-mail account. The turnaround time is half an hour or less, and requests are accepted 24 hours a day.

Note: Grades are not available until approximately one week after the quarter closing date.

Winter Quarter 2009-10 grades will be available
beginning Wednesday, March 24, 2010.

Spring Quarter 2009-10 grades will be available
beginning Thursday, June 17, 2010.

First Summer Session 2009-10 grades will be available
beginning Wednesday, July 28, 2010.

Second Summer Session 2009-10 grades will be available
beginning Wednesday, September 1, 2010.

Full Summer Quarter 2009-10 grades will be available
beginning Wednesday, September 1, 2010.
