Welcome to Skyview Apartments!

Skyview Apartments at 31 S. Court St. are managed by Ohio University's Department of Residential Housing.  Conveniently located on Court Street near campus, these apartments are the perfect option for students to live off-campus while still having the reliability of Ohio University's Residential Housing as their landlord.  

We will begin accepting applications for the 2015-2016 lease year (June 1, 2015 - May 15, 2016) beginning on September 15, 2014.  Please contact us via phone or email to inquire about the application process or to request a tour of an apartment.


At this time we have leased all apartments for the June 1, 2014-May 15, 2015 lease year.
