CE3 Webinar: What Does Global Climate Research Mean for Ohio? (4/14)

June 26, 2017

A new report from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), "Climate Change 2014: Impacts, Adaptation, and Vulnerability" is aiming to create the "world's most comprehensive update to climate science." Over 300 leading climate scientists from around the world were tapped to contribute to the report organized by the IPCC, the United Nations' leading international body for the assessment of climate change. But what does it mean for Ohio? Why should we pay attention? And what may be the consequences of inaction if we choose to disregard the panel's recommendations? The experts discussed the international and regional relevance of the report and how this body of work could impact the future of our communities and businesses here in Ohio.
