Why do you want to be an OHIO First Scholars Advocate?
I was a first-generation college student. I find myself in the upper-middle class now, but I'll always identify as a working-class academic. I want to encourage students who are committed to meeting their goals and are willing to work consistently hard to do so in the face of some adversity. Although my schedule is busy, I will make time for biweekly meetings and be there as needed.
