Thank you for your interest in requesting Dr. Gonzalez to appear at your event. The President’s schedule is extremely busy and her calendar often fills up months in advance. All requests must be submitted at least 30-days prior to your event date to ensure proper coordination with the Office of the President. Events and engagements that support and highlight the University’s mission take priority.
Once your request is received, a confirmation email will be sent to you within 48-hours. Requests are reviewed weekly and decisions communicated accordingly.
